Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Dynamic Internet Consultants CC ("DIC", "we", "us") provides domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, and related managed services through info.na. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance:

• Monthly hosting and email plans are due on the 1st of each month
• Annual domain registrations are due before the registration date
• Setup fees are due before work commences
• Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date
• All prices are in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise stated

3. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry (NA-NIC for .na domains, ICANN for gTLDs). We register domains on your behalf as an accredited registrar. Registration is not guaranteed until confirmed by the registry. We are not liable for delays caused by registry processing times.

4. Renewals

We send renewal reminders before domain and hosting expiry. Failure to renew by the expiry date may result in service interruption or domain deletion. We are not liable for loss of a domain due to non-renewal. Auto-renewal is available on request.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial email
• Hosting illegal content under Namibian law
• Phishing, malware distribution, or fraudulent activity
• Excessive resource usage that degrades service for other clients
• Any activity that violates third-party rights

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosting services and monitor infrastructure continuously. Scheduled maintenance is performed with advance notice where possible. Unplanned outages are communicated via email and WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of Liability

DIC's liability for any service disruption is limited to a pro-rata credit of the monthly fee for the affected service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruption, data loss, or domain expiry.

8. Termination

You may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Monthly services are not refunded for partial months. Annual domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. We may terminate services for non-payment or acceptable use violations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
